Trading as a family business for more than Eighty years, Hulleys Frozen began in ice cream production in 1924, at the “Garden Factory” in  Ecclesfield, Sheffield. Frozen Food has been a relatively recent addition to our distribution portfolio. The Grandsons of the founders are still running the company today. Mr Geoff Hulley, father of our current directors Simon & Andrew, opened our newest office extension at Handsworth in February 2009.

Formerly a Wall’s Ice Cream Concessionaire, Hulleys Frozen now run four depots, Head Office in Handsworth and satellite depots in Nottingham, Louth and Norwich.

A founder member of Ice Cream World we are now one of its largest members and highly supportive of the good work that ICW is doing within the ice cream market place.

Much of our workload is devoted to the servicing of major national accounts such as T & S Stores, The Co-ops and major leisure outlets such as Chatsworth House, Center Parcs, The Banham Zoo Group and Flamingoland, we also serve a myriad of smaller outlets varying from corner shops in major cities to beach side kiosks on a sunny stretch of our East of England coastline.
